STICK SKILLS

Players will keep skills sharp in the post season and work the develop skills even further.

Players will be required to have a lacrosse stick, helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, elbow pads, protective cup, mouthguard, and cleats. Lacrosse Unlimited offers a great starter package. Players must also have a current USA Lacrosse Membership.
