Winter Stick Skills Header.png

Our three-week winter lacrosse stick skills program for beginners is designed to provide aspiring players with a strong foundation in the sport. Over the course of this program, participants will focus on honing their stick skills, perfecting their shooting techniques, and improving their speed and agility. Additionally, we will emphasize the importance of sound footwork and foster a deeper understanding of the game's strategic elements, enhancing their Game IQ. By dedicating this concentrated period to skill development, our aim is to equip these newcomers with the fundamental abilities required to excel in the upcoming spring season. Whether they are picking up a lacrosse stick for the first time or looking to refine their skills, our program promises to empower these athletes with the tools they need to succeed on the lacrosse field.

Lacrosse stick are provided for players, but players are welcome to bring their owns sticks.  Athletic clothing, including cleats or sneakers are highly recommended.  Players must also have a current USA Lacrosse Membership.
